Standard: The most commonly used method obviously since it is free to all customers within the U.S. no matter what you order. T-Shirt packages should arrive within 3-5 business days after fulfillment. Wall Canvas packages should arrive within 3-6 days after fulfillment. 

Express: T-Shirts: Rates vary depending on the weight of the package and where the shipment is going in the U.S. The cost will display in checkout. Package should arrive within 1-3 business days after fulfillment. Wall Canvases: Package should arrive in 2-3 days after fulfillment.

Overnight: or Next Day Air has the package arriving the next business day after the order has been placed. Rates vary depending on the weight of the package and where the shipment is going in the U.S. The cost will display in checkout.

We choose the most suitable and reliable carrier for your shipment, taking into account the shipping method that’s been selected and the end-address. You’ll see the specific carrier delivering the package in the order confirmation email.

RETURN POLICY

Please be sure that you order the correct size and color for t-shirts and wall canvases, as there are no refunds or exchanges given for wrong sizes or colors.

Each shirt/canvas is printed on demand at the time the order is placed. We do not keep a stocked inventory of designed shirts and canvases. We will replace an order at our expense if the shirt/canvas arrives damaged/misprinted or defective. Simply put, any claims that are deemed errors on our end are certainly covered at our expense, but we cannot be liable for a customer choosing a wrong color or size, so please refer to the size chart displayed with each shirt and be sure about the color.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted to us by email within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted to us by email no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Email claims to cs@redappetizer.com

In the email, type the name & address that the order was placed under and describe the problem along with attachment of photo(s) to support your claim. We will then contact you to resolve the matter.

When placing an order, if a shipping address provided is considered insufficient by the courier or if the delivery goes unclaimed, the shipment will be returned to our facility, and the customer will be liable for reshipment cost once we have updated shipping information.
